Reflexión Sobre el Paisaje y Territorio como Percepción Visual, Centro para la Tercera Edad, Florencia-Caquetá

Abstract

La arquitectura ha dejado de lado la riqueza del territorio y paisaje que tiene en su entorno a la hora de proyectar, en otras palabras, no sostiene un interés por reconocer el paisaje y el territorio, en consecuencia, las proyecciones arquitectónicas carecen de identidad y de esencia, en la mayoría de los casos se evidencia como se pierde el equilibrio de la arquitectura con el paisaje. Con el fin de hacer del paisaje un eje de composición en la arquitectura este trabajo de grado se centra en mostrar como el paisaje aporta gran calidez a las proyecciones arquitectónicas de distintas formas, por lo tanto, busca enaltecer el paisaje mediante la arquitectura, de este modo crear vinculaciones proyecto - territorio para así proporcionar identidad a sus espacios, dejando relaciones conscientes y sostenibles. Por consiguiente, desarrolla una metodología de análisis, en donde se encuentran casos de estudio, análisis escalar y modelado tridimensional del lugar, de modo que la naturaleza, el paisaje y el territorio se convierten en ejes ordenadores y de composición de las proyecciones arquitectónicas y como resultado se creen reflexiones profundas hacia el paisaje y territorio.

Architecture has left aside the richness of the territory and landscape that it has in its environment at the time of projecting, in other words, it does not sustain an interest in recognizing the landscape and the territory, consequently, the architectural projections lack identity and essence, in most cases it is evident how the balance of the architecture with the landscape is lost. In order to make the landscape an axis of composition in architecture, this degree work focuses on showing how the landscape brings great warmth to the architectural projections in different ways, therefore, seeks to exalt the landscape through architecture, thus creating links project - territory in order to provide identity to their spaces, leaving conscious and sustainable relationships. Therefore, it develops a methodology of analysis, where case studies, scalar analysis and three-dimensional modeling of the place are found, so that nature, landscape and territory become organizing and compositional axes of the architectural projections and, in addition, deep reflections are created towards the landscape and territory
