Equipamiento colectivo como detonante de la apropiación social del territorio en el eje de la Avenida Comuneros

Abstract

Este proyecto arquitectónico-paisajista tiene como objetivo desarrollar la apropiación social del territorio por medio de la rehabilitación del tejido urbano colindante con la av. comuneros la cual se ha visto segregada con la intervención vial, así mismo se genera una subutilización y deterioro del espacio urbano restante provocando remanentes y culatas que se encuentran a lo largo de la av. Comuneros. se busca restablecer el sentido de pertenencia con el fin de crear un equipamiento colectivo en el cual se desarrollen espacios más adecuados para el desarrollo social y funcional del sector

This architectural-landscape project aims to develop the social appropriation of the territory through the rehabilitation of the urban fabric adjacent to Av. Comuneros, which has been segregated with the road intervention, thus generating an underutilization and deterioration of the remaining urban space causing remnants and butts that are found along Av. Comuneros. It seeks to restore the sense of belonging in order to create a collective equipment in which more appropriate spaces are developed for the social and functional development of the sector.
