Importancia de procesos de logística y comercialización en Equipamiento de abastecimiento de Sutamarchán

Abstract

El presente proyecto se encuentra ubicado en el departamento de Boyacá en la provincia de Ricaurte, en el municipio de Sutamarchán, un lugar donde la actividad agrícola tiene una importancia socioeconómica, puesto que el 77% de la población se dedica a la actividad agrícola, así mismo según el Plan de Desarrollo Municipal, el sector agropecuario es la segunda actividad económica que más aporta al PIB. No obstante problemáticas como la ausencia de canales de comercialización, que ha originado la presencia de intermediarios así como la falta de asociatividad entre los gremios productores, ha producido una constante lucha al productor dado que los medios tanto físicos como operacionales para comercializar y distribuir sus productos no son suficientes (Alcaldia municipal de Sutamarchan, 2020) . El Proyecto Centro Integral de Agricultura y desarrollo de Sutamarchán tiene como objetivo, el planteamiento de un equipamiento municipal, que a través del diseño de una infraestructura logística y comercial promueva la competitividad agrícola. Por consiguiente, el proyecto tendrá un diseño que tenga espacios flexibles y versátiles que se adapten a tres funciones importantes: distribuir, capacitar y comercializar, es por ello se requiere la instauración de estrategias urbanísticas que contribuyan a humanizar esos espacios que tienen una importancia comercial en el municipio. La función del equipamiento que se propone es la de ofrecer la logística necesaria para la comercialización y distribución de los productos, del mismo modo se quiere integrar espacios caminables y permeables, donde el usuario pueda disfrutar del lugar mientras compra los productos

This project is located in Sutamarchan, a municipality of the province of Ricaurte in the department of Boyacá. A place where agricultural activity has socio-economic importance, since 77% of the population is engaged in agricultural activity. Likewise, according to the Municipal Development Plan, the agricultural sector is the second biggest-economical activity that contributes to GDP. However, concerns such as the absence of marketing channels, which has led to the presence of intermediaries as well as the lack of associativity among the production sector organizations, has generated a constant struggle for the producer since the physical and operational means to market and distribute their products are not sufficient (Alcaldía municipal de Sutamarchan, 2020). The Sutamarchán Integral Centre for Agriculture and Development Project aims at the approach of municipal equipment, which through the design of a logistics and commercial infrastructure promotes agricultural competitiveness. Therefore, the project will have a design that has flexible and versatile spaces that adapt to three important functions: distribution, training and commercialization. That is why it is necessary to establish urban strategies that contribute to humanizing those spaces that have commercial importance in the municipality. The function of the equipment proposed is to offer the necessary logistics for the marketing and distribution of the products. In the same way, integrating walkable and permeable spaces is pretended, where the user can enjoy the place while buying the products
