Creación de la oficina de cobro coactivo y ejecuciones fiscales del IDTTM en el municipio de Restrepo, Meta

Abstract

El documento presenta el proyecto para la creación de la oficina de cobro coactivo y ejecuciones fiscales del Instituto Departamental de Tránsito y Transporte del Meta; considerando que, en la actualidad, la Institución presenta déficit en la prestación del servicio de recaudo y cobro coactivo y, además, se encuentra rezagada en la implementación de servicios tecnológicos en comparación con las demás instituciones de tránsito del país. Se pretende la creación de una oficina que se encargue de las ejecuciones fiscales y cobros coactivos, así como la modernización del Instituto, para lograrlo se requiere la construcción de un espacio adecuado en la misma institución, la actualización de las redes eléctricas, redes de voz y datos y, la dotación de un software encargado de la digitalización y automatización de la información actual y futura de la organización. Con la creación de la oficina se espera obtener una mayor capacidad en la prestación del servicio, mejorar la agilidad en los procesos internos y generar mayor conformidad para los usuarios que utilizan sus servicios.

The document presents the project for the creation of the office of coercive collection and fiscal executions of the Departmental Institute of Traffic and Transportation of Meta; This considering that, at present, the Institution presents a deficit in the provision of the collection and coercive collection service and, in addition, it is lagging in the implementation of technological services in comparison with the other transit institutions in the country. The intention is to create an office that is in charge of tax executions and coercive collections, as well asthe modernization of the Institute, for this requires the construction of an adequate space in the same institution, the updating of the electrical networks, voice networks and data and the provision of a software in charge of digitizing and automating the current and future information of the organization. With the creation of the office, it is expected to obtain a greater capacity in the provision of the service, improve the agility in the internal processes and generate greater compliance for the users who use its services.
