Diseño de proceso DSI, orientado a integrar demand y supply chain con mercadeo, ventas y finanzas

Abstract

Este trabajo de grado contiene una propuesta metodológica de integración DSI (Demand and Supply Chain Integration) y un diagnóstico de las condiciones actuales de Integración de procesos funcionales entre las áreas relacionadas a Ventas/Trade y Planeación de Operaciones (Demanda – Supply), actores que intervienen en los procesos S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning), y su impacto en los resultados de la organización. Para llegar a dicha propuesta, se parte del estudio de la integración funcional como una de las bases en la gestión de las Supply Chains y el SCOR Model (Supply Chain Operations Reference), como referencia que se usan a lo largo del trabajo y desde allí se aborda la dinámica y se estructuran las acciones tendientes a cambiar la situación actual de los procesos en la compañía. Entre las fuentes secundarias utilizadas para el diseño de la propuesta está el análisis de los resultados de la herramienta de diagnóstico SCOR, algunos artículos académicos referentes a las Supply Chains y las teorías básicas con las que se identifican los procesos que hacen parte del Supply Chains Management.

This dissertation contains a methodological proposal of integration DSI (Integration of demand and the supply chain) and a diagnosis of the current conditions of the integration between Sales / Trade Marketing and Operations Planning (Demand - Supply), actors that intervene in the S&OP (Sales and Operation Planning) processes, and their impact on the results of the organization. To arrive at this proposal, it starts with the study of functional integration as one of the core bases of the management of the supply chains, and the SCOR Model (Supply Chain Operations Reference), as a direction used in the length of this dissertation and from there the dynamics are addressed and the actions tending to change the current situation of the processes in the company are structured. Among the secondary sources used for the design of the proposal is the analysis of the SCOR diagnostic tool, the supply chains trends and the basic theories with which the processes that are part of Supply Chain Management are identified
