Vivienda sostenible anfibia en madera

Abstract

En las zonas ribereñas sobre cuerpos de agua en Colombia poco se ha incursionado constructivamente aparte del desarrollo arquitectónico vernacular, el escaso auge de la producción constructiva de la vivienda con carácter flotante, sobre cuerpos de agua en relativo reposo, y la madera, como material estructural y de construcción, flotante, ribereña, que pueda servir como solución alternativa a los riesgos que traerá el cambio climático y fenómenos del Niño y de la Niña. En el desarrollo del trabajo, con base en la metodología inductiva cualitativa, se describen las experiencias internacionales de la construcción en vivienda en madera, en casos similares. Se analizan sus fuentes de abastecimiento de materia prima, para así argumentar la pertinencia de la implementación de este material como estructural para la construcción de vivienda ribereña en Colombia. Se muestra el estado de esta materia prima como producción industrial, sus usos en el presente y el escenario del mercado según datos estadísticos oficiales, se evidencia el sector constructor en vivienda en Colombia, para establecerse como solución posible a problemas de habitabilidad para condiciones medioambientales vulnerables por inundaciones presentes y futuras. Como respuesta se plantea el desarrollo de un modelo de invención aplicable a la vivienda sostenible, anfibia en madera, que pueda aportar solución versátil a este tipo de problemáticas.
