Abstract

CB Inversiones es una empresa Colombiana con sucursal en Dubái, creada por el concepto de modelo de negocio de fondo de inversión colectiva llamado Crowdfunding, que busca inversionistas Colombianos con el fin de reunir los fondos suficientes para invertir en el sector inmobiliario en Dubái. A través de CBInversiones se gestiona la participación de compra de apartamentos ubicados en el proyecto de vivienda Vera Residencial. Nuestra página web cuenta con una plataforma de registro, donde los inversionistas puedan identificar los retornos obtenidos en el tiempo, así mismo los flujos de caja proyectados a determinado tiempo según el perfil del inversionista. De igual manera se da a conocer los beneficios que trae para el inversionista adquirir una vivienda de este tipo de características, y como al pasar de los años este tipo de construcción se convertirá en el boom del sector de la construcción, por sus fines financieros
