Estrategias educativas para la inclusión y dignificación del trabajo de los recuperadores de residuos estudio de caso: barrio bochalema localidad suba - Bogota - Colombia

Abstract

La presente investigación de corte cualitativo-descriptivo exhibe la ejecución de un diseño metodológico desarrolladodesarrollado en tres fases (Fase diagnóstica, Fase de cCampo y Fase de resultados de cConstrucción colectiva) desde las cuales se asllevaron a cabo o desarrollaron prácticas educativas que favorecieron la inclusión y dignificación del trabajo de los recuperadores de residuos en el barrio Bochalema, para aportando así, al crecimiento sostenible del empleo bajo los preceptos del octavo Objetivo de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) referente a la promoción de trabajo decente, crecimiento económico, y el doceavo ODS con relación a la producción y consumo responsableObjetivo de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS),; logrando una aproximación entre la comunidad local y los recuperadores, configurando al sujeto recuperador como agente trabajador otorgándolse un carácter decente a su labor, sensibilizando a los actores en el aprovechamiento de los residuos sólidos y valorando el alcance de las prácticas educativas en el contexto social y ambiental.

The present qualitative-descriptive research shows the execution of a methodological design developed in three phases (diagnosis, field and results of collective construction) from which educational practices were carried out that favored the inclusion and dignification of the work of the recuperators of waste in the Bochalema neighborhood, thereby contributing to the sustainable growth of employment under the provisions of the eighth Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) regarding the promotion of decent work, economic growth, and the twelfth SDG in relation to responsible production and consumption; achieving an approximation between the local community and the recuperators, configuring the recovering subject as a worker agent, giving a decent character to their work, sensitizing the actors in the use of solid waste and valuing the scope of educational practices in the social context; environmental. The present qualitative-descriptive research shows the execution of a methodological design developed in three phases (diagnostic, field and collective construction) from which educational practices were developed that favored the inclusion and dignification of the work of the waste recovery in the Bochalema neighborhood, thus contributing to the sustainable growth of employment under the precepts of the eighth Sustainable Development Goal (SDO), achieving an approach between the local community and the recuperators, configuring the recuperating subject as a worker agent, granting a decent character to their work, sensitizing the actors in the use of solid waste and valuing the scope of educational practices in the social and environmental context.
