Análisis curricular para la implementación virtual de la Especialización de Derechos humanos y resolución de conflictos por parte de la Escuela de Derechos Humanos Derecho Internacional Humanitario y Asuntos Jurídicos del Ejército.

Abstract

La investigación tiene como objetivo Proponer la implementación de la especialización de Derechos Humanos y Resolución de Conflictos de forma virtual en la Escuela de Derechos Humanos, Derecho Internacional Humanitario y Asuntos Jurídicos del Ejército. Para ello se escoge un enfoque mixto que permitirá analizar la importancia del manejo de conocimientos en Derechos Humanos y Derechos Internacional Humanitario por parte de los miembros del Ejército, así como, establecer las ventajas que la modalidad virtual le ofrece a la especialización de Derechos Humanos y Resolución de Conflictos de la Escuela de Derechos Humanos, Derecho Internacional Humanitario y Asuntos Jurídicos del Ejército, y determinar cuáles son las debilidades que se deben fortalecer a nivel curricular de la especialización de Derechos Humanos y Resolución de Conflictos para llevarla a la modalidad virtual. Por lo tanto, se contempla la aplicación de entrevistas como instrumentos de recolección de información a los miembros militares que participen voluntariamente en la investigación. El resultado que se espera radica en la posibilidad de conocer que tan implicados se encuentran los miembros del Ejército en temas de Derechos Humanos y Derecho Internacional Humanitario, y poder proponer la implementación de la modalidad virtual de la especialización en cuestión.

The objective of the research is to propose the implementation of the specialization of Human Rights and Conflict Resolution in a virtual way in the School of Human Rights, International Humanitarian Law and Legal Affairs of the Army. To do this, a mixed approach is chosen that will allow analyzing the importance of knowledge management in Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law by members of the Army, as well as establishing the advantages that the virtual modality offers to the specialization of Human Rights and Conflict Resolution of the School of Human Rights, International Humanitarian Law and Legal Affairs of the Army, and determine which are the weaknesses that must be strengthened at the curricular level of the specialization of Human Rights and Conflict Resolution to take it to the virtual modality. Therefore, the application of interviews is contemplated as information gathering instruments for military members who voluntarily participate in the investigation. The expected result lies in the possibility of knowing how involved the members of the Army are in issues of Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law, and being able to propose the implementation of the virtual modality of the specialization in question
