Abstract

En el presente documento, y de acuerdo a las altas acciones de fiscalización por parte de la UGPP a las empresas jurídicas, se indagan las diferentes novedades que puede presentar al momento de liquidar los aportes de seguridad social y parafiscales dando a conocer los mecanismos y maneras optimas de capacitar a las organizaciones para el correcto manejo y respuesta a cada acción del órgano competente con el objetivo de aminorar el riesgo de incurrir en la imposición de una sanción teniendo los soportes necesarios para la justificación de las diferencias que requiera el ente fiscalizador y en lo que respecta al obligado realizar la correcta liquidación de aportes
