Aspects as social anxiety, Internet addiction and social networking frequency of use (Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram) have not been investigated in correlation with technostress. Therefore, quantitative, correlational research was done to know the possible relation between these variable s. Participants were 200 young adults, between 18 and 35 years old. All of them are living in Bogotá, Colombia. Results showed that there is a low but significant correlation between technostress, Internet addiction, and social anxiety, while there is no significant correlation between technostress and social networking frequency of use. Results were discussed and its implications of technology usage on emergent adults.eng
