dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio de revisión documental de tipo monográfico tiene como objetivo principal analizar la inclusión laboral de los desmovilizados del conflicto armado en Colombia, a través de un análisis de estudio dividido en tres categorías desde el año 1990 hasta 2018 actualmente, a partir de los acuerdos de paz que se han firmado en los gobiernos comprendidos en este periodo de tiempo, con los grandes grupos al margen de la ley en Colombia relacionado en su labor de inclusión laboral en el país. En primer lugar, se expone un panorama general de la violencia en Colombia, se revisan antecedentes, y definiciones y por lo tanto la intervención del Gobierno Nacional y en algunas instituciones del Estado frente a la política pública y a todos los actores sociales para lograr procesos de reinserción y reintegración integral, beneficiosa, y buscar una vinculación laboral como eje central, pues son procesos fundamentales para la reconciliación nacional. En segundo lugar, se presentan por décadas el tipo de oficio, empleo o emprendimiento de desmovilizados que hacen parte de cifras oficiales del Estado colombiano y las características de la economía colombiana y los procesos de reinserción a la vida civil de los excombatientes. Más adelante se describe el proceso de la inclusión laboral de los excombatientes desde dos perspectivas, la incorporación en diferentes empresas las cuales no son aceptados los excombatientes por algunos empresarios y temen por su seguridad y reputación en donde son estigmatizados con frecuencia en el país. Luego están el tipo de oficio, empleo o emprendimiento de desmovilizados que hacen parte de cifras oficiales del Estado colombiano. Se presenta un estudio comparativo de cifras de organismos internacionales ONGs frente al fenómeno de la desmovilización en el país. En último lugar, se expone a través de autores y gráficas la situación de empleo de la población de desmovilizados por regiones, por edad y género.es
dc.description.abstractThe present study of documentary review of monographic type has as main objective to analyze the labor inclusion of the demobilized of the armed conflict in Colombia, through a study analysis divided in three categories from the year 1990 to 2018 at the moment, from the agreements of peace that have been signed in the governments included in this period of time, with the large groups outside the law in Colombia related to their work of labor inclusion in the country. In the first place, a general panorama of the violence in Colombia is presented, background and definitions are reviewed and therefore the intervention of the National Government and in some State institutions against the public policy and all the social actors to achieve processes of Integral reintegration and reintegration, beneficial, and look for a labor link as a central axis, because they are fundamental processes for national reconciliation. Secondly, for decades the type of job, employment or entrepreneurship of demobilized persons that are part of official figures of the Colombian State and the characteristics of the Colombian economy and the processes of reintegration into the civilian life of ex-combatants are presented. Later, the process of the inclusion of the former combatants from two perspectives is described, the incorporation into different companies which the ex-combatants are not accepted by some entrepreneurs and fear for their safety and reputation, where they are frequently stigmatized in the country. . Then there is the type of job, employment or undertaking demobilized that are part of official figures of the Colombian State. A comparative study of figures from international ONGs organizations is presented in relation to the phenomenon of demobilization in the country. Finally, the situation of employment of the demobilized population by regions, by age and gender is exposed through authors and graphs.
